Accommodation & Services
In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable at the time of booking, Parinda Travels reserves the right to arrange a similar category hotel of equivalent standard.
Meal services will be provided as per the hotel’s scheduled timings. Missed or unutilized meals are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Buffet meals, room service, and other hotel facilities will be governed by the hotel’s own policies.
Identification & Travel Documents
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification during travel, hotel check-in, airport procedures, and other verification requirements.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and available when required.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
Pricing & Payments
Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Personal expenses such as lunch (unless specified), laundry, room service, tips, beverages, shopping, and other incidental expenses are not included.

Transportation
Flight, train, Volvo bus, and other transportation tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Airfare and transportation fares are dynamic in nature and may change before ticket issuance.
Changes & Cancellations
No refund will be provided for any unused services, including accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transportation, or activities after the commencement of the tour.
Any cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
Parinda Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, alterations, losses, or cancellation of services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Adverse weather conditions
Landslides
Road closures
Political disturbances
Government restrictions
Strikes
Epidemics/Pandemics
Any unforeseen events
Customer Responsibility
Guests are advised to review hotel details, amenities, and online ratings before confirming their bookings.
Any issue related to accommodation, transportation, or services must be reported immediately to the assigned tour coordinator or Parinda Travels support team during the trip.
Complaints raised after completion of the tour may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the matter effectively.
Liability
Parinda Travels acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local vendors.
We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, or inconvenience arising from acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the services provided by Parinda Travels shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city where the company is registered and operates.

By confirming a booking with Parinda Travels, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
